Life hums a tune and I’am invited along,
On my path of choice,
I hear its voice;
When nature plays, my song.
~
In my garden,
Flowers blooming,
I smell their perfume;
When nature plays, my song.
~
Under a cloudless sky,
Breezes steady and cool,
I feel its touch;
When nature plays, my song.
~
Walking beside a stream,
Moisture in the air,
I lift my face for its taste;
When nature plays, my song.
~
In the woods,
Deer grazing, birds singing,
I can see hearts beating;
When nature plays, my song.
~
Life hums a tune and I’am invited along,
When nature plays, my song.

The leaves are dancing to your song!!! Lovely, Sheila!!
Hi Barb, I hope you had a great day and I am sure you will have a great weekend! I took this photo last September up in Rocky. These Aspen leaves were caught in a pool in the stream. It was a fun one to take. Thank you! I began writing this poem last week and keep “playing” with it and finally decided to go with the sonnet type of structure I learned the other day from Cubby at Reowr!!
Have fun! Talk with you soon.
simply beautful. tony
