“See you next time!”

I believe this is all the Painted Bunting photos I have to post. I took a lot. Perhaps, I will come across some others to share. I hope you enjoyed seeing this beautiful bird.

Happy Birding!

  1. Yes, I love seeing this beautiful bird! Thanks for posting all your gorgeous photos of him! I haven’t taken a single photo this summer of the pair that were coming to our feeder every day. It’s really hot now and I haven’t seen them for a couple of days. Thanks for giving me my daily bunting fix!

    1. Hi Beth. You are so lucky to see a pair of Painted Buntings. I would love to capture a photo of the female. I don’t believe I have ever seen the female. The male arrives at South Llano State Park first and the female after we have been there. Of course I could have just missed it.
It has been in the 90’s here in Colorado; too hot! Take care and thanks! Glad you enjoy your daily bunting fix. Next up the Chat!

  2. Mmmm, you have some really beautiful bird photos here…I remember seeing Painted buntings on vacations as a child, off the coast of Georgia. Astounding birds.

    1. Wow, seeing this colorful bird through the eyes of a child must have been wonderful. They are, as are all birds, beautiful! Thank you so much for stopping by WolfSongBlog, and especially for the nice comment on my photos!
